Facing a huge growth spurt, they needed to align internally and externally, by finding their north star and adopting a new brand that reflects who they are and who they want to be.

Through interviews and strategic workshops, we uncovered the long-term ambition for Stakemate, that guided our every decision, from product development to marketing strategy. We identified user personas, areas of differentiation from competition and used those to craft the Stakemate brand personality and the ‘hero’ of their story. We then came up with their values, tone of voice and messaging pillars that communicate exactly who they are with their target audience. This really helped to engage and motivate their employees and give them a clear path to execution.
Since they were happy to keep their existing logo, we designed a new brand identity to elevate their revamped strategy with new colours, typography, art-direction and graphic signifiers. Combined with some new cheeky taglines we created a brand that stands out from the rest and helps Stakemate grow to fulfill their vision.
