Facing a huge growth spurt, they needed to align internally and externally, by finding their north star and adopting a new brand that reflects who they are and who they want to be.

Through interviews and strategic workshops, we uncovered the long-term ambition for Stakemate that guided our every decision, from product development to marketing strategy. I identified user personas and areas of differentiation and used them to craft the brand personality and ‘hero’ of their story. Their new values, Tone of Voice and messaging pillars communicate exactly who they are with their target audience. This really helped to engage and motivate their employees and give them a clear path to execution.
Since they were happy to keep their existing logo, a new brand identity system was designed to elevate their revamped strategy, with new colours, typography, art-direction and graphic signifiers. A GPT was designed to help them create on-brand images every time. Combined with some cheeky taglines I wrote, their new brand stands out from the crowd and helps Stakemate fulfill their vision.
